Inbound Customer Service Agent

How would you like to work for one of Manchesters most fun and innovative working environments? We are currently recruiting for a new exciting role based in Salford where no two calls or two days are the same. 35 hours per week, working hours are between 8am-7pm and 1 in 2 weekends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Inbound calls

Call Centre experience
Managing accounts effectively
