Customer Support Advisor

Our client, who is based on the outskirts of Peterborough is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Advisor. This is a full time and permanent role working within a stable and successful customer service team. You will join a small team of like-minded individuals and will offer support to business customers from across the UK.

The successful applicant will handle operational enquiries and will support a variety of businesses and individuals. You will be the first point of contact and must be able to quickly identify and resolve customer requests. Customer enquiries can vary and you must be ready to manage multiple tasks at any one time. Previous B2B customer service experience is essential to be considered for this role.

Full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant. We are seeking a driven and experienced individual who is incredibly customer focused. You must be able to build a natural rapport with a variety of customers and handle various situations.

Responsibilities:
Handle and manage various incoming customer requests
Provide technical and product support when required
Investigate and resolve customer enquiries
Update and manage an internal CRM system
Identify any issues to senior management
Support colleagues with customer queries
General administration and communication via both email and telephone
