Customer Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Financial Institutions as a Customer Service Consultant on a temporary basis in Swindon
Rate of Pay: £8.79 per hour
Contract Length: 13 weeks (1 weeks’ training 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday)
Hours: Fixed Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Overview of the role: Speaking to Nationwide’s customers on the telephone requires an exceptional level of service, as you will be helping customers within the lost and stolen department. You will be required to ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome – so making sure you do the right thing for our customers is paramount to the client’s success. Whether you’re supplying them with updates or processing a lost/stolen request, you’ll need to think about the bigger picture for customers and how you can help them more. It’s a challenging but supportive environment and we will provide you with all the training you’ll need to.

Describe an ideal candidate: Cultures/Values: Confident, willingness to learn, process driven. Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to make & explain decisions clearly, computer literate.
Experience: Customer service experience is desirable.
